Rainbow Fruit Salad Recipes

Ingredients:
  • 6 cups fresh fruit, such as grapes, melon, berries and kiwi
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick Imitation Rum Extract
  • Sour cream (optional)
Directions:
  1. Mix fruit, confectioners' sugar and rum extract in large bowl. Cover.
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
  3. Serve with a dollop of sour cream, if desired.
